How do Virtual Classes Work?
How do virtual classes work?
Our virtual yoga classes are simple and easy to join — all you need is your phone, tablet, or laptop. Browse our class schedule, pick a time that works for you, and join your instructor for a live session from the comfort of your home. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, we have classes for every level.
What equipment will I need?
Very little! A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and enough space to move freely is all you need to get started. A yoga block or strap can be helpful for certain classes, but they’re completely optional. Just show up with your mat and an open mind.
Will classes be recorded and accessible later?
Yes! All live sessions are recorded and available in your personal dashboard for up to 7 days after the class. So if you miss a session or want to revisit a flow, you can watch it anytime at your own pace.
What technology is required?
No special tech needed. A stable internet connection and any device with a camera and speaker will do. We use Zoom or Google Meet — joining is effortless and no additional downloads are required.
